To put this short:

Kats Kalma will only collect basic personal data about you.
This will include your name, email address and postal details.
This is because we need some personal data to be able to process your order.
We will not use your information for any purpose other than discussing and completing your order with you.

Kats Kalma will need to keep copies of your order for a minimum of 6 years for tax purposes. Your information will never be sold or given to any third parties (apart from payment processing and courier services). Messages and emails discussing your order will be kept for a maximum of 6 months on an encrypted server, to ensure your privacy and so Kats Kalma has all information to hand in case of a problem with your order. After this time all messages will be deleted.
